Current availability

TadaReel is not currently accepting payments. Ordinary Kling 2.6 generation is available with app credits assigned by an administrator. Browsing examples and editing prompts do not consume credits; submitting a generation does.

Before purchases open

We will publish the selected model, prices, credit rules, subscription or one-time billing terms, cancellation process and refund eligibility before enabling checkout. This preview policy does not promise an unannounced trial, money-back period or unlimited refunds.

Billing questions

If you believe you were charged in connection with TadaReel, email support@tadareel.com with the receipt or order ID, date and issue. Do not send full card details or passwords. We will investigate the transaction and the applicable terms.

Failed generation and credits

Failed generations return the app credits deducted for that task. A completed result that differs from your expectations is not automatically a technical failure; contact support if you need help. Each new generation uses the displayed app credits. App credit returns are not cash refunds. Purchase refund terms will be published before checkout opens.

Consumer rights

Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
