Scope and contact

This policy describes data handling for TadaReel. For privacy requests, email support@tadareel.com.

Images and generated videos

Images uploaded in the signed-in generator are sent through our server to Kie.ai for processing. Kie upload links expire after 24 hours. Prompts, task records and output videos are stored on the server; generated videos require the owner’s login to play or download. The separate dance-template preview remains local until that workflow is enabled.

Accounts and support

If you create an account, we process the account information you submit and authentication data needed to manage sessions. Prompts, chat history, generated media and task status may be stored when the corresponding service is enabled. Support messages and the information you choose to include are used to answer your request.

Generation service providers

Text and image video generation uses Kling 2.6 through Kie.ai. The prompt and selected first-frame image are sent to that service when generating a video. AI providers may have their own processing and retention policies; the upload-link expiry is not a promise that all provider records are deleted. See the Models page for current capabilities. Upload only material you have permission to use.

Payments

Checkout is currently closed. If payments are enabled later, the payment processor will handle payment details. TadaReel may retain order identifiers, amounts and billing status; it does not need to store full payment card numbers.

Cookies and browser storage

Authentication cookies maintain sessions. Browser storage can remember your theme, language and composer settings. Optional analytics and support services depend on site configuration; where required, consent must be obtained before nonessential tracking is enabled.

Retention and requests

Account, task and support records are retained while needed to operate the service, resolve issues or meet legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate legal, security or financial reasons; we will explain applicable limitations. We do not promise a universal deletion period or zero retention by third-party model providers.

Security and changes

We use access controls and transport security when deployed over HTTPS. No service can guarantee perfect security. Material changes will be reflected in the date on this page. We do not sell your personal information.
