Include the page URL, what you expected to happen and a short description of the problem. For a billing question, include the order ID if one exists. Do not send passwords, full payment card details or API keys.

Account support

Signed-in users can also open a support ticket. You do not need an account to email us.

Availability

Ordinary Kling 2.6 generation is available to signed-in users with assigned app credits. Subscriptions and top-up checkout remain closed. We have not published a guaranteed response time.
